MEAG successfully refurbishes and positions Bleidenstrasse 1 on the market

With the renowned multi-asset broker RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH, the pan-European project developer and investor Verdion and the leading global real estate manager Greystar Germany GmbH, three new tenants have been acquired for Bleidenstraße 1 in Frankfurt. The companies will occupy a total of around 1,000 m² in the newly modernised office building in a direct city centre location.

RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH, which offers its customers a wide range of investment types and trading instruments, was able to secure the penthouse floor including the surrounding roof terrace. The investor Verdion, which specialises in industrial and logistics real estate and was previously located in the business centre, tripled its previous rental space with the conclusion of the new lease. Both tenants were advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). Leading developer and manager of rental flats Greystar Germany GmbH, which was also previously based in the business centre, was advised by Colliers on the lease. For the owner's representative MEAG, asset manager of Munich Re and ERGO, blackolive is acting in an advisory capacity as part of a landlord advisory mandate.

Currently, two of the total of five office floors with approx. 800 m² are still available for lease.
