The successful fashion group Takko Holding GmbH is moving into around 1,700 sqm in the RatsCarrée, Rathausplatz 3-7 in Bad Homburg. The lease was concluded on a long-term basis. blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), acted in an advisory capacity for the company.
