blackolive advises K-1 BusinessClub on expansion in the MAIN TOWER

K-1 BusinessClub GmbH, a leading Frankfurt business centre provider, is expanding its presence in the MAIN TOWER, Neue Mainzer Straße 52-58 in Frankfurt. Only about a year after moving into the striking skyscraper, the company has leased an additional space of around 1,190 m² on a long-term basis and now occupies a total of around 2,300 m² of space. Consultancy was again provided by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP).
