blackolive advises Fiskars on around 900 sqm contract extension

The German branch of the Finnish consumer goods manufacturer Fiskars Germany GmbH has extended its lease in Eschborn. Fiskars will thus remain in the existing property KÖ-CAMPUS, Kölner Straße 10 in Eschborn for the next few years. The globally active company was advised exclusively by blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners network.
