blackolive advises BEOS AG on 550 m² lease agreement

BEOS AG, one of the leading asset managers and project developers of Unternehmensimmobilien in Germany, has signed a new lease for around 550 m² in the Kontorhaus, Mainzer Landstrasse 181 in Frankfurt. BEOS AG was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). 

The property

The Kontorhaus offers generous office space characterised by maximum flexibility and space efficiency. A particular highlight of the six-storey property, which was extensively renovated in 2021, is the spacious roof terrace with a view of the impressive Frankfurt skyline. In addition, the Kontorhaus is in an extremely convenient location, directly on Mainzer Landstrasse, which connects the main railway station with the west of Frankfurt.
