blackolive advises Auromedicum on lease agreement in Frankfurt city centre

The renowned joint practice Auromedicum, which specialises in orthopaedics and pain therapy, is moving into new premises at Schillerstraße 27 in Frankfurt. The rental space is around 450 m² and the lease has been concluded on a long-term basis. The orthopaedic practice group was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). Colliers acted in an advisory capacity for the owner as part of a landlord mandate.

The property

Schillerstraße 27, prominently located in the central business district of Frankfurt, offers a total area of around 3,000 m². The seven-storey, architecturally appealing V-shaped building is characterised by excellent public transport connections. There are also numerous restaurants and shopping facilities within walking distance.

Auromedicum was founded in 2022 and fulfils the highest diagnostic and therapeutic standards. The joint practice offers services in the fields of orthopaedics, pain therapy, paediatric and adult medicine, physiotherapy and medical training therapy under one roof. Auromedicum pursues a scientific approach and relies on conventional medicine as its fundamental basis.
