PageGroup takes offices in the “Kaisergalerie”

The PageGroup has rented some 1,800 m² of office space in the “Kaisergalerie” in central Hamburg. In September 2023 this international HR consultancy will move from its current premises at An der Alster 63-64 to offices at Grosse Bleichen 23-27 which are being refitted to meet the tenant’s requirements. During the rental process Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), provided consultancy services to the new tenant. PageGroup contacted the national network of real estate agents, GPP, via member company blackolive, awarding the exclusive contract to search for suitable office space for the Group’s expansion plans in Germany.  Just recently, blackolive brokered the HR consultant’s rental of around 3,000 m² of office space in Frankfurt’s Westend Carrée. In December 2021, GPP member Anteon identified suitable premises (some 3,500 m²) in “The Oval,” an office block in Düsseldorf.

The “Kaisergalerie”: Modern offices in charming heritage building

The “Kaisergalerie” is owned by Swiss property investment company AFIAA Schweizer Anlagestiftung für Immobbilienanlagen im Ausland, which commissioned CBRE as lead broker. The building has a total of 18,000 m² of rentable space. This “Kontorhaus” dates from 1907-1909 and its centrepiece, on the ground floor of the building, is an 80-metre long arcade with exclusive retail shops. The offices on the upper stories are currently being comprehensively refurbished. The work is aimed at obtaining a BREEAM environmental certificate for the building. In future the offices will be accessed via a new entrance area inside the arcade. These works should be completed by the time PageGroup moves in.
