“Holstein Center” in Itzehoe changes hands

The housing company Semmelhaack Wohnungsbaugesellschaft recently purchased the “Holstein Center” shopping mall in Itzehoe. Grossmann & Berger, member of German Property Partners (GPP) facilitated the transaction. This property has usable floor space of some 27,250 m². The parties involved agreed not to disclose the price paid.

Built in 1972, the shopping mall is currently empty and it is planned to demolish part and redevelop the site. The building stands on about 20,000 m² of land in the city centre.
