An Asian group specializing in the manufacture of test systems for the healthcare sector and nanotechnology, among others, is leasing around 6,000 m² of office and laboratory space at Schickardstrasse 32 in Böblingen.
The landlord is SachsenFonds Zweite Parzelle Böblingen Businesspark GmbH & Co. KG.
E & G Real Estate, member of German Property Partners, and Immoraum, partner of the NAI Group, acted as agents.
