DB Services moving to ‘Hanse 90’ in Hamburg

DB Services’ Regional Division North, based in Hamburg, is moving from its offices in Eidelstedt district (Fangdieckstrasse) to Normannenweg 26-36 in the Hammerbrook district. This company, the facility services provider for Deutsche Bahn, is renting some 2,750 m² on the ground floor and on the fourth and fifth floors of the ‘Hanse 90’ building complex. The property, located between Berliner Tor station, Mittelkanal (a canal) and Eiffestrasse, is owned by the real estate management company Hanse 90 Grad Grundstücksverwaltung. Grossmann & Berger, member of German Property Partners (GPP), brokered the rental agreement between DB Services and the real estate management company.
