blackolive supports Prüfungs- und Treuhand GmbH with 750 m² contract extension

Prüfungs- und Treuhand GmbH has extended its lease at Hortus 8, Insterburger Strasse 16 in Frankfurt on a long-term basis. The renowned auditing and tax consultancy firm continues to occupy around 750 m². The company was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). "We are delighted that we have been able to secure an ideal long-term location for our employees as part of blackolive's Move vs Stay analysis," says Gertrud Biller, Managing Director at Prüfungs- und Treuhand GmbH. 

The property
