blackolive exclusively supports Beam Suntory Deutschland GmbH with contract extension

Beam Suntory Deutschland GmbH, the world's third-largest spirits company, is extending its lease for around 2,200 sqm at the MAC property, Unterschweinstiege 2-14 at Frankfurt Airport. 

blackolive advisors GmbH, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, was exclusively commissioned by Beam Suntory Deutschland GmbH.

The property

The MAC office building is located on the doorstep of Frankfurt am Main, the "smallest major city in Europe", directly at the Autobahn junction Frankfurter Kreuz with access to the major German motorways A3 and A5.
