blackolive exclusively advises law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP on the lease of around 14,600 sqm

The international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP will relocate its Frankfurt office from the Parktower to the new FOUR development at Große Gallusstraße 10-14 from 2025. The new lease has been concluded on a long-term basis. Freshfields will move into a total of ten floors in Tower 1, which is currently under construction. This means that the law firm is not only a tenant in one of the most modern and ecologically advanced buildings in Frankfurt, but will also be even more centrally located for its staff and clients. The owner and project developer of the area is Groß & Partner.

Project FOUR

Four unique high-rise buildings will shape and change the face of the Frankfurt metropolis from 2021. The four towers will mix uses such as hotels, serviced flats, flats and offices. The futuristic towers will rise up to 233 metres. In total, more than 213,000 m² of usable space will be created on the site. The architect is Dutch national Ben van Berkel from UNStudio, who realises projects worldwide.
