blackolive exclusively advises Julius Bär on the renewal of the lease in the Opern-Palais

The Swiss private bank Julius Bär has signed a new lease for around 4,400 sqm in its current domicile Opern-Palais, An der Welle 1 in Frankfurt. Julius Bär thus remains the sole tenant of the entire property.
blackolive advisors GmbH, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, was exclusively commissioned by Julius Bär.

The property
