blackolive ensures full occupancy in Westhafen Tower with two new tenants

With the Frankfurt-based railway and technology company Helrom GmbH and the international consulting firm OCO Global GmbH, two new office tenants have been acquired for the Westhafen Tower at Westhafenplatz 1 in Frankfurt. The prestigious skyscraper is thus fully let. Helrom GmbH, which has a globally patented freight wagon technology, has signed a lease for around 820 m² and will thus triple its previous rental space. OCO Global GmbH, the global leader in location strategy and investment and export promotion, will occupy around 420 m² in the Westhafen Tower in future, almost doubling the company's rental space at the Frankfurt location.
