blackolive brokers: Premier Inn opens new corporate headquarters with 2,100 sqm in Europaviertel

The renowned British hotel chain Premier Inn is continuing its expansion course and has signed a new lease for around 2,100 sqm of office space in Nord 1, Europa-Allee 12-22 in Frankfurt. The company was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). Cushman & Wakefield acted as advisor to the owner, which is represented by IC Immobilien Gruppe, in the course of a landlord mandate.

The Nord 1 is also an excellent choice from a historical perspective, as it is in close proximity to Premier Inn's first German hotel in Europaallee."

The property

The Nord 1 building complex extends over a total of seven storeys and offers a total area of around 34,000 m² for office and retail space. Due to its immediate proximity to the popular Skyline Plaza shopping centre, it is optimally integrated into Frankfurt's Europaviertel. The building's architecture impresses with four inviting, green inner courtyards and excellent roof terraces as well as a high proportion of glazed façade elements, which provide a pleasant flood of light inside the office complex.
