memox Deutschland GmbH, a provider of modern total packages for conference, meeting and meeting rooms, has signed a new long-term lease for around 840 m² at Maxxon, Frankfurter Straße 10-14 in Eschborn. After the opening of the memox location in Frankfurt's Marienturm in 2021, the second location in the Rhine-Main area now follows. blackolive, a member of German Property Partners, advised the expanding company on the lease. Colliers acted in an advisory capacity for the owner Real Capital Holding in the course of a landlord mandate.
