The service provider for the expansion and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure EGN Deutschland GmbH has signed a new lease for around 570 m² in the ATRIUM Office, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 21 in Oberursel. The company, which is part of the internationally active Greek Egnatia Group, will thus triple its previous rental space. EGN Deutschland GmbH was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). TwoRivers GmbH is advising the owner, the HBB Group, as part of a landlord representation mandate.
