MCF Corporate Finance GmbH, an internationally active corporate finance firm in the field of M&A and debt advisory, is moving into new office space at Romeo & Julia, Ulmenstrasse 37-39 in Frankfurt. The firm will occupy around 400 sqm in the future, more than tripling the previously letted space of its Frankfurt location. MCF Corporate Finance was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). CBRE acted as lead broker for the landlord, the Swiss investment foundation AFIAA.
