blackolive brokers around 2,300 sqm in the KOMM Center in Offenbach

The non-profit Erasmus-Offenbach GmbH concludes a new long-term lease for around 2,300 sqm at the KOMM Center, Aliceplatz 11 in Offenbach. The independent provider will open an Erasmus kindergarten with 170 places on the upper floors and on the roof of the downtown shopping center. In addition, the Marie-Bloch-Schule will move into the building, a vocational school for educators founded in 2021 by Erasmus GmbH and Starthaus Offenbach to counteract the shortage of skilled workers.

blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), exclusively advised Erasmus-Offenbach GmbH on the lease. For the owner JFR Immobilien Holding GmbH, blackolive is also acting in an advisory capacity within the scope of a landlord advisory mandate.

The Bildungshaus works trilingually from the first year of life, has an educational mission and cooperates closely with the Marie-Bloch-School, which is located in the same building. We train our educators exclusively on a dual and paid basis in order to counter the shortage of skilled workers in the daycare centers and to maintain the high quality. We are actively acting to ensure first-class care for the children."

Erasmus-Offenbach GmbH is a non-profit organization that operates daycare centers in Offenbach and Frankfurt as well as an elementary school and a kindergarten in Offenbach. With the lease in the KOMM Center, another facility is being created in which children can learn German, English and Spanish from the very beginning with the help of the immersion method.
