blackolive again brokers office space at JACKIE & JERRIE in Gateway Gardens

Babtec, a leading provider of software solutions for quality management, is opening a new location at JACKIE & JERRIE in Gateway Gardens. The well-known software manufacturer will occupy around 350 m² in the JACKIE component, and the lease has been concluded on a long-term basis. The expanding company was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). blackolive is also advising the owner TOPOS Beteiligungs GmbH as part of a landlord advisory mandate.
The company
Babtec supports manufacturing companies worldwide in their quality processes with innovative software solutions. The QM software BabtecQ is used in 34 countries and is supplemented by the cloud-based platform BabtecQube, which optimises quality management beyond company boundaries. The software manufacturer, headquartered in Wuppertal, Germany, has been growing continuously for more than 25 years and today employs around 200 people at locations in Germany, Austria, Spain and Switzerland.
The object
TOPOS Beteiligungs GmbH completed the two "JACKIE & JERRIE" buildings with a total of around 10,000 m² of lettable office space and a two-storey underground car park with 194 car parking spaces and 24 e-charging stations at the end of 2020. The buildings are certified according to DGNB in the category Gold, a pre-certification according to DGNB Platinum has been granted. Both parts of the new JACKIE & JERRIE building are connected up to the 2nd floor and offer users of different sizes modern and space-efficient areas. The standard floors are around 700 m² in size and are suitable for all common space concepts such as open-space, combined and classic cellular office structures, while at the same time offering a high level of space efficiency. In addition, there is the possibility of renting practice space in the in-house medical centre.
About Gateway Gardens
Gateway Gardens is the youngest district of the city of Frankfurt am Main, located in direct proximity to Frankfurt Airport. Its intermodal mobility offer connects Gateway Gardens with destinations within the Rhine-Main region as efficiently as with all international destinations of relevance. On-site congress and hotel capacities make town halls on an international scale possible. At the same time, knowledge-based companies benefit from the direct proximity to numerous universities, technical colleges and institutes in the region, making Gateway Gardens an interesting location for global knowledge management.

The 35-hectare site is being developed by Grundstücksgesellschaft Gateway Gardens GmbH, a consortium of Fraport AG, Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft, OFB Projektentwicklung and the City of Frankfurt.
