blackolive advises pbr Planungsbüro Rohling AG on conclusion of lease agreement

pbr Planungsbüro Rohling AG, one of Germany's largest architecture and engineering firms, has signed a new lease at Herriot's, Herriotstraße 1 in Frankfurt. The rental space comprises around 620 sqm. blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, acted in an advisory capacity for the company. 

The property

Herriot's is centrally located in the Lyoner Quartier, one of the most attractive office locations in the Rhine-Main region. The prestigious property offers top-equipped office space on 18 floors, which can be reached via glass lifts with panoramic views. The four wings of the building are united by an impressive 52-metre-high entrance hall.
