blackolive advises Leonteq on 550 m² lease agreement in the banking district

Leonteq, a Swiss fintech company, has relocated its Frankfurt office to the banking district and is now based at K.26, Neue Mainzer Strasse 28. The new rental space of the company, which specialises in structured investment products, is around 550 m² and has therefore almost tripled in size. Leonteq was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP).
