blackolive advises GKRW Drögemüller Kammandel Worm on contract extension

The medium-sized full-service tax consultancy GKRW Drögemüller Kammandel Worm remains loyal to its location in Sachsenhausen and has extended its lease. The well-known consulting firm will thus continue to occupy around 570 m² in the Main Office, Darmstädter Landstraße 110-114 in Frankfurt. blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), advised the firm on the extension. JLL acted as advisor to the owner Wealthcap, a leading real asset and investment manager in Germany, in the course of a landlord mandate.
