TOWER 185: PwC extends lease for around 52,000 sqm

The auditing and consulting firm PwC Deutschland (PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH) has extended the lease for its Frankfurt office in TOWER 185 ahead of schedule. With around 52,000 sqm, the independent subsidiary of the globally active PwC network is thus still the anchor tenant of the 200-metre-high landmark at Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 35-37. PwC Germany was advised by CBRE. Blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners network, acted as advisor on behalf of Deka Immobilien.
