GPP's offer goes international
The German commercial properties network German Property Partners (GPP) has entered cooperation agreements with the British real estate specialists Carter Jonas and the Dutch real estate consultants Van Gool Elburg. GPP’s customers will in future benefit from international marketing opportunities and the new partners’ familiarity with the relevant industries.
By taking this step, German Property Partners, who already successfully cover the top 7 locations in Germany, propose to offer their local expertise in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. “The cooperation agreements with Carter Jonas and Van Gool Elburg are an important milestone on this road”, GPP’s spokesperson Guido Nabben explains. “In the medium term we intend to further reinforce our international market position and give our customers access to the most important European markets.”
In the UK, the owner-run estate agency business Carter Jonas, with its headquarters in London, offers a wide range of property services in the sectors commercial (investments, letting, corporate mandate), project development, residential, and farms, land and estates. In 2017, the British real estate journal Property Week awarded Carter Jonas 12th place among the 40 major real estate consultants in the UK. Some 800 employees at 38 offices in England, Scotland and Wales serve and advise private property owners, wealthy customers, international corporations and institutional investors.
“For overseas investors, the UK is often the first port of call in Europe – not least because of the language and the similar cultural environment. We now offer these investors access to the important and highly stable German market”, Carter Jonas’ CEO Mark Granger comments. “Our market position and also our mindset and business models as an owner-run business fit together well.”
The real estate consultant Van Gool Elburg from Amsterdam, likewise an owner-managed business, looks back on four decades of experience in the commercial property market. The team consists of a staff of 12 who advise organizations, companies and (institutional) investors on buying and selling, letting and renting, and developing commercial buildings. In its annual rankings, the specialist journal PropertyNL regularly places Van Gool Elburg among the leading independent real estate agencies in the Dutch commercial property market.

In German Property Partners we are now pleased to have found a cooperation partner whose local expertise and reliable performance we can draw on in Germany.
