E & G brokes major deal in Schwieberdingen

A well-known automobile manufacturer from Stuttgart rents approx. 17,000 m² of warehouse and logistics space as well as an administrative area of around 900 m² in Markgröninger Straße in Schwieberdingen.

Various warehouses in the greater Stuttgart and Böblingen area will be consolidated at the new location. Schwieberdingen is characterized by a very good location in the north-east of Stuttgart with excellent connections to the A81 freeway and the B10 trunk road.

The long-term lease agreement with a private owner was concluded in October 2021 and became legally effective a few days ago. 

The brokerage was carried out by the industrial and logistics real estate team of E & G Real Estate, a member of German Property Partners (GPP).
