Development site in Pinneberg sold

The property services provider Grossmann & Berger, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), played a part in the sale of a development site located just outside Hamburg city limits. QUARTERBACK Immobilien has purchased the site in Pinneberg at Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse 28, which is about 11,000 m² in size. The property was sold by a joint venture comprising Senectus and the Specht Group from Bremen. The parties involved agreed not to disclose the price paid.

RENTAL APARTMENTS AND COMMERCIAL UNITS IN CENTRAL LOCATION

It is planned to develop the site with a building offering both residential and commercial space. Apartments will occupy the largest amount of space, but a child care facility and several commercial units will also be integrated into the design. The gross floor area above ground will be about 19,500 m². Set in the centre of Pinneberg, the site is in the immediate vicinity of the Town Hall. Currently, it is occupied by the postal service Deutsche Post.
