blackolive supports De'Longhi with 4,600 sqm contract extension

De'Longhi Deutschland GmbH has extended its lease in CityGate, Carl-Ulrich-Straße 2-6 in Neu-Isenburg. The globally active supplier of small household appliances thus continues to occupy around 4,600 sqm of office space on 3 floors. "We are very pleased that we have been able to secure an ideal long-term location for our German headquarters with the extension in CityGate," explains Susanne Harring, Managing Director at De'Longhi Deutschland GmbH. The company was advised exclusively by blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network.

The internationally active De'Longhi Group, headquartered in Treviso (Italy), is present with its products in more than 120 markets, with over 9,000 employees worldwide and a multitude of brands that have shaped the history of small household appliances in terms of functionality and design - from espresso machines to electric grills and mobile air conditioners.

In 2012, De'Longhi acquired the trademark rights to the household appliances of the traditional Braun brand from Procter & Gamble. Around 120 people are employed at the headquarters in Neu-Isenburg. De'Longhi Deutschland GmbH has a further 135 employees.
