blackolive restructures Landlord Advisory department

In the wake of the Corona pandemic and the resulting increase in vacancies on the Frankfurt office property market, blackolive has restructured its Landlord Advisory department at short notice. Il-Sin Chung, who has headed the department as Head of Landlord Advisory since March 2018, will be supported by Tim Dreyer together with his colleague Florian Best. Tim Dreyer will take on the position of head of Marketing & Communication Landlord Advisory in the future, where he will bundle his expertise and in-depth knowledge of marketing in order to address the individual needs of clients in an even more targeted manner. Oliver Schön, Managing Director at blackolive: "Due to the weak take-up until the end of August and the further increase in vacancies, we expect the demand for structured marketing to increase.
