The pharmaceutical company STADA, one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality medicines (e.g. Grippostad), is extending its global lease for almost 11,000 sqm in Theodor-Heuss-Strasse 52-54 in Bad Vilbel on a long-term basis. STADA is the sole tenant of the property. The landlord of the property is Verifort Capital, one of the major real estate fund managers in Germany.
