blackolive exclusively advises Orion Engineered Carbons GmbH on the conclusion of a lease agreement in a new building project

Orion Engineered Carbons GmbH, a globally active industrial company in the specialty chemicals sector, is moving into new office space in SKY Eschborn, Frankfurter Straße 60-68 in Eschborn. The rental space is around 1,600 sqm. The move is planned for mid-2022. "blackolive first showed us all the real estate options that fit our requirements profile. The efficient and structured pre-selection on the part of blackolive quickly convinced us and we were sure that we would find a property that was optimal for us. The coherent overall concept and the professional negotiations contributed to our final decision in favour of this property and we are very much looking forward to the upcoming move", says Thorsten Strauß, global purchasing manager at Orion Engineered Carbons GmbH.

The property

The representative, two-storey entrance hall and lobby impresses with its spaciousness and brightness. The office spaces are convincing not least because of their flexible floor plans, energy-efficient facilities and light-flooded areas. SKY Eschborn is the first office tower in Eschborn with its own roof terrace and thus offers an unmistakable panoramic view of the Frankfurt skyline.
