Of this total lettable area, around 5,440 square metres are available for retail and service providers. The green spaces and water areas in the spacious outdoor area invite tenants, neighbours and visitors to linger and offer a high quality of stay. A special highlight on the outdoor area is the wave-shaped aluminium sculpture developed by the architectural firm Schneider + Schumacher.
