Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has extended its lease for around 3,000 sqm in the "die welle" property in Frankfurt's popular banking district. This means that the law firm remains loyal to its location. blackolive advisors GmbH, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, was exclusively commissioned by Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. 

Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, is the asset manager of the Frankfurt office complex "die welle". Frankfurt's only urban business campus with a total lettable area of approx. 75,600m² impresses with its central location, flexible rental space and a future-oriented sustainability concept.

Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is an internationally active law firm with around 420 lawyers and tax advisors. The firm advises companies on all relevant legal and tax issues. 

 About die welle

die welle Frankfurt is a complex consisting of two buildings in the Westend-Süd district of Frankfurt am Main. The wave-shaped ensemble, consisting of the "Westend Building" and the "Leerbach Building", received its name from the striking architecture, which was planned by the architects JSK and realised from 1998 to 2003. Tenants include management consultancies, banks, law firms and financial institutions. Invesco Real Estate has been the owner and asset manager of the welle in Frankfurt since June 2019.

The office buildings comprise approximately 75,600 square metres of lettable space above ground. Of this total lettable area, around 5,440 square metres are available for retail and service providers. The green spaces and water areas in the spacious outdoor area invite tenants, neighbours and visitors to linger and offer a high quality of stay. A special highlight on the outdoor area is the wave-shaped aluminium sculpture developed by the architectural firm Schneider + Schumacher. With an impressive surface area of 1,300 square metres, the work of art is integrated into the architecture of the area with verve.
