blackolive exclusively advises GSK Stockmann on the conclusion of their lease agreement

GSK Stockmann, a leading independent commercial law firm, is moving into new office space in the WestendDuo at Bockenheimer Landstraße 24 in Frankfurt's Westend. The firm's Frankfurt office will occupy around 3,100 sqm in the future. The move is planned for early 2022. The lease agreement has been concluded on a long-term basis. "We are very pleased to have found a partner in blackolive who has advised us fully on all aspects regarding the new office space," said Holger Lampe, partner at GSK Stockmann. 

blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, was exclusively commissioned by GSK Stockmann with the office space search.

The property

At 96 metres, the WestendDuo is one of the most beautiful buildings in the city of Frankfurt. In addition to a 24-hour staffed reception, the WestendDuo offers various services that ensure maximum tenant comfort. Another special feature is that the twin towers have a building depth that allows for a centrally located corridor from which the corresponding office areas lead off to the left and right. Currently, the all-glass property has a vacancy of approx. 750 sqm.
