Sirius Real EstateLtd, one of the leading investors and operators of business parks throughout Germany, has acquired the warehouse and logistics property at Otto-Hahn-Straße 44 a+b in Dreieich. The seller of the property, which has a total lettable area of around 5,200 sqm, is the Jaweed Group of Companies, a leading real estate investor and provider in the regional market.

The real estate investor had acquired the warehouse and logistics hall in an excellent commercial location in the Rhine-Main area about 2 years ago and developed it further both technically and commercially. For the new owner, this is a strategic purchase, as the neighbouring property is already being operated as a business centre with self-storage.
