blackolive brokers the sale of an approximately 2,400 m² warehouse and logistics property in Hochheim

A leading engineering technology and contract research company has acquired the warehouse and logistics property at Neckarstraße 12 in Hochheim and will move into the property itself with a total area of around 2,400 m² after conversion. The seller is DIENST Verpackungstechnik GmbH, a well-known supplier of fully automatic packaging machines. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), brokered the transaction.

The property is a very well-maintained production building built in 1991 with a site area of around 3,900 m². The property is accessed via a side staircase with an integrated passenger goods lift. In addition, the large, bright production hall has a sectional door that can be accessed at ground level. Thanks to the convenient location in the city triangle of Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, numerous motorways as well as Frankfurt Airport can be reached within a few minutes' drive. "The well-connected location and the functional building excellently cover all user-specific needs of the buyer," says Maximilian Kühnaß, Co-Head Investment at blackolive. 

On the seller side, DIENST Verpackungstechnik GmbH is a recognised partner of globally active manufacturers of food and non-food articles. Founded in 1988, the company develops high-quality and efficient packaging solutions. The product portfolio includes horizontal cartoning machines as well as machines from the Top Load and End of Line sectors.
