blackolive brokers office property of around 13,000 sqm in Mannheim

The office building is located on Käfertaler Straße in Mannheim. A local project developer secured this property in Wohlgelegen, a district in the south-eastern part of Neckarstadt-Ost. The urban Neckarstadt-Ost is one of the six inner districts of the so called "Square City".
blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, acted as exclusive sellor advisor. The parties agreed not to disclose the contractual modalities of this transaction.

Building to be revitalised

The currently completely vacant F-shaped building complex, which was built in 1984, has around 13,000 sqm of usable space spread out over three building components. The seven-storey building is accessed via two separate entrances and offers a high potential for value appreciation through repositioning or reallocation.
