blackolive brokers new space for Job Centre Frankfurt

The Job Centre of the City of Frankfurt rents new space in the south of the city. The office is moving into more than 2,600 m² in "The Peak" at Darmstädter Landstraße 119-125. blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, advised the job centre on the search and the lease.

"The Peak" offers the Job Centre very good conditions for a long-term lease. The building was built in 1994 and last refurbished in 2015. Frankfurt Südbahnhof is only about ten minutes' walk from Darmstädter Landstraße 119-125.
