Sprachportal, an official language course provider for integration language courses, signs a new long-term lease at Kaiserpalais Offenbach, Kaiserstraße 39 in Offenbach. The company's rental space is around 950 sqm. The educational institution was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners. "In the course of the professional and goal-oriented advice provided by blackolive, we were able to find the ideal space for opening another location. We are now pleased to be present with Sprachportal in Offenbach," says Cetin Ak, founder and managing director of Sprachportal.

Consisting of four building complexes, the centrally located ensemble offers high-quality and efficient space for various uses.
