SoluM Europe GmbH, a leading global supplier of electronic shelf labels, is signing a new lease for around 840 sqm at Maxxon, Frankfurter Straße 10-14 in Eschborn. The rental space of the company, which was previously located in Schwalbach, will thus double. The internationally active ESL provider was advised by blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners network. "Thanks to the professional cooperation and expert advice from blackolive, we were able to find the optimal space for our German office as part of our expansion," explains Ms. Sunah Yim, Finance HR Manager at SoluM Europe GmbH.
