The law firm Fuchs Patentanwälte, one of the most traditional patent law firms in the Rhine-Main area, is signing a new, long-term lease in Tower185, Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 35-37 in Frankfurt. The company's rental space will now double to around 800 sqm. Tower185 is owned by Deka Immobilien, which acquired the building in 2017.

The firm was advised by blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network. "The choice of advisor was very easy for us due to blackolive's professional and goal-oriented approach right from the start. Since we are expanding strongly and this was not possible within our portfolio, our choice fell on Tower185, one of Frankfurt's best-known office towers, after detailed consultation and consideration," says Christian Läufer, patent attorney and partner at Fuchs Patentanwälte.
