Chugai Pharma Germany GmbH, part of an internationally active, research-oriented Japanese pharmaceutical company, is signing a new, long-term lease for around 770 sqm at FLOW, Amelia-Mary-Earhart-Strasse 11-13 in Frankfurt. blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP), acted as advisor to the company.
