blackolive brokers around 7,000 sqm of office space to Drees & Sommer SE

Drees & Sommer SE, a planning and consulting company specialising in the construction and real estate sector, has signed a long-term lease at Oststern, Hanauer Landstraße 121-123 in Frankfurt. The internationally active company will occupy a total of around 7,000 sqm of office space in the innovative new building project as part of its growth. Drees & Sommer SE had already signed a lease for around 5,500 sqm in 2020, and an option for a further 1,500 sqm was taken out this year. The move to the trendy Ostend district is planned for January 2023. blackolive, a member of German Property Partners, acted in an advisory capacity for the company.
