Frankfurt / 16.03.2022
cioplenu GmbH, a B2B software company whose Operations1 software provides a solution for intuitive plant management and organisational networking in manufacturing companies, is moving into new rental space in the "THE DOCKS" property at Lindleystraße 8-10 in the east of Frankfurt. The company is moving into a total of around 1,350 m² in building section D and is thus expanding significantly. "We were convinced by the exciting architecture directly on the waterfront and the good connections to traffic and public transport, as well as the proximity to the Osthafenpark. With the move to THE DOCKS, we are creating an inspiring working atmosphere for our employees," says Benjamin Brockmann, CEO and Co-Founder of Operations1.
The company was advised by blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network.
The property "THE DOCKS" immediately stands out from the crowd with its imposing, colourful façade on the waterfront. Within sight of the new ECB, the new building, which will be completed in 2020, rises up, its appearance reflecting the containers of the freight harbour opposite. The property impresses with its unique location: both well connected to transport and situated in the middle of Frankfurt's creative mile and in direct proximity to the River Main.
