blackolive and Busch Advisors advise on the sale of the Kdrei office building in the Merton quarter

The building formerly occupied by BaFin, "Kdrei" at Sebastian-Kneipp-Straße 41 / Louis-Pasteur-Straße 65 in Frankfurt's Mertonviertel, has been sold. Brokered by blackolive, a private investor secured the property in a prominent location. The seller is a non-listed real estate company from Cologne. 

The multi-tenant building has a secure long-term cash flow and is characterised by above-average building quality and high space efficiency. The main tenant of the property is the State of Hesse. In addition, the business centre operator Agendis operates a large part of the property's space.

Busch Advisors acted as landlord representative and, together with blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network, accompanied the sale as exclusive transaction advisor. The technical due diligence was carried out by Albrings+Müller. The legal buyer advisor was the law firm HauckSchuchardt. The transaction data room was provided by Cloudbrixx. 

The parties agreed not to disclose the contractual modalities of this transaction.
