blackolive and Anteon exclusively advise KKH on leasing of around 3,800 sqm

The Kaufmännische Krankenkasse (KKH) extends its lease in the "Colosseo" at Walther-von-Cronberg-Platz 2. In the course of this, the rental space was expanded to around 3,800 sqm. KKH relied on the German Property Partners (GPP) network for advice: in addition to blackolive, Anteon Immobilien (Düsseldorf) also acted as advisor.

Location sought for innovation centre

Heiko Piekarski, managing partner at Anteon: "We are very pleased that we were able to support KKH with our nationwide GPP network and that we worked in partnership with blackolive in Frankfurt for this purpose. Once again, we were able to live up to our network's claim of offering local competence throughout Germany. Comprehensive and professional service was thus guaranteed for KKH at all times." In the "Colosseo", KKH's total rental space will be around 3,800 sqm in future. The health insurance company with headquarters in Hanover was looking for additional space in Frankfurt. Kevin Nguyen, Head of Brokerage and partner at blackolive: "We examined several options, but ultimately came to the clear conclusion that an additional lease at the existing company headquarters in the 'Colosseo' makes the most sense. On the one hand, this ensures spatial proximity of the departments, and on the other hand, the building offers excellent conditions for KKH."

KKH is a public corporation with legal capacity under federal law with around 1.7 million insured persons nationwide and 3,900 employees in service centres, regional competence centres and the head office.
