blackolive again advises on the conclusion of a lease at JACKIE & JERRIE in Gateway Gardens

With the logistics service provider Milkyway International Chemical Supply Chain GmbH, another tenant has been acquired for the JACKIE & JERRIE in Gateway Gardens. The company will open its new German headquarters on around 350 m². The professional service provider for chemical supply chains was advised by blackolive, a member of the German Property Partners (GPP) network. blackolive is advising the owner TOPOS Beteiligungs GmbH in the course of a landlord advisory mandate.

The company

The Chinese logistics expert Milkyway International Chemical Supply Chain GmbH offers integrated logistics services from a single source. Its main services include freight forwarding, warehousing and transportation for domestic and foreign chemical production companies and chemical consumer companies. The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Shanghai. In 2018, Milkyway Chemical Supply Chain Service Co.,Ltd. was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. 

The property

TOPOS Beteiligungs GmbH completed the two "JACKIE & JERRIE" buildings with a total of around 10,000 m² of lettable office space and a two-storey underground car park with 194 car parking spaces and 24 e-charging stations at the end of 2020. The buildings are certified according to DGNB in the category Gold, a pre-certification according to DGNB Platinum has been granted. Both components of the new JACKIE & JERRIE building are connected up to the 2nd floor and offer users of different sizes modern and space-efficient areas. The standard floors are around 700 m² in size and are suitable for all common space concepts such as open-space, combined and classic cellular office structures, while at the same time offering a high level of space efficiency. In addition, there is the possibility of renting practice space in the in-house medical centre. Currently, approx. 4,800 m² of office space is still available for rent.

About Gateway Gardens

Gateway Gardens is the youngest district of the city of Frankfurt am Main, located in direct proximity to Frankfurt Airport. Its intermodal mobility offer connects Gateway Gardens with destinations within the Rhine-Main region as efficiently as with all international destinations of relevance. On-site congress and hotel capacities make town halls on an international scale possible.
