blackolive advises the Blind and Visually Impaired Association in Hessen e.V. (BSBH) on the conclusion of rental agreements

The self-help organisation Blinden- und Sehbehindertenbund in Hessen e.V. (BSBH, Blind and Visually Impaired Association in Hessen e.V.) signs a new, long-term lease at Mörfelder Landstraße 6-8 in Frankfurt. The rental space of the non-profit association is around 540 sqm. BSBH was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). "Within the framework of the professional and trusting cooperation with blackolive, we were able to find suitable premises for the relocation of our state office. We are very much looking forward to moving into the new space," says Peter Klug, Managing Director at Blinden- und Sehbehindertenbund in Hessen e.V.

Located in the trendy district of Sachsenhausen, the property at Mörfelder Landstraße 6-8 offers flexible and efficient office space with a view of the Frankfurt skyline. The historic old town as well as numerous restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. In addition, the property has excellent transport links; Frankfurt Südbahnhof and Lokalbahnhof with connections to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn networks are within walking distance. The last point in particular played a major role in the selection of the right property for the Federation of the Blind and Visually Impaired in terms of accessibility and accessibility for blind and visually impaired people.
The company
The Federation of the Blind and Visually Impaired in Hessen (BSBH) represents the interests of all blind and visually impaired people and their relatives in Hessen. The BSBH advises politicians, authorities and the business community in order to articulate the needs of its approximately 1,500 members. As a self-help organisation, the association, founded in 1925, offers advice and help. The premises at Mörfelder Landstraße 6-8 are jointly occupied with the blista (Deutsche Blindenstudienanstalt e.V.), which will also offer its services at the new location.
