blackolive advises Sedus Stoll AG on lease agreement in Eschborn

Sedus Stoll AG, a leading European manufacturer of office furniture, is signing a new long-term lease at Loftwerk, Helfmann-Park 7 in Eschborn. The rental space of the company, which was previously based in Hattersheim, will then amount to around 570 sqm at the Rhine-Main location. The office furniture manufacturer with headquarters in Dogern was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners.
