blackolive advises SECB on 630 m² lease agreement in City Gate

Swiss Euro Clearing Bank GmbH (SECB), a leading institution in the field of EURO payment transactions and customer services, is pleased to announce its new location at City Gate, Nibelungenplatz 3 in Frankfurt. The bank will occupy around 630 m² in the striking office tower in the centre of the financial metropolis. The SECB was advised by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP).

The property

As a commercial bank with a full banking licence, SECB offers comprehensive services in cash and collateral management as well as customer service. It primarily serves as a payment transaction bank for banks and financial institutions from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, as well as from other countries, and is responsible as system manager for the euroSIC system in Switzerland.
